Who can absentee vote in Michigan?
All registered voters may vote by absentee ballot
How can I acquire an Absentee Ballot?
Those wishing to vote by absentee ballot should fill out an absentee ballot application and return it to the city or township clerk of where you are registered to vote.
Voters must ask for a new absentee ballot for each election. Those who know before the primary that they won't be able to vote in person at the general election can request an absentee ballot for both of these elections at the same time.
How do I return the Absentee Ballot and What is the Deadline?
Absentee ballots must be hand-delivered or mailed to the clerk's office. In order to be counted, the ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on election day.
